What does this validation consist of?

It is essential for NoFakes to give its own verification process enough credibility in the market to review, formalise and certify compliance with its core process.

Under normal circumstances, an internal verification of operational procedures would be sufficient assurance of the degree of compliance with the established policies. However, the rating and review industry has been heavily affected in recent years by fake reviews and malpractices, which have largely distorted the essence of the service they were intended to provide to consumers and businesses. In this context, an internal verification of the degree of compliance with procedures was deemed insufficient and NoFakes opted for the endorsement, experience and leadership of one of the world's leading auditing and process certification firms. This fact becomes even more relevant with the recent entry into force of the European Directive 2005/29/EC.

Its participation in the project, auditing procedures, metrics and helping to redefine and optimize them, is vital to regain the confidence of consumers and companies in the system of product and business ratings.
